Seamless Beginnings

Seamless Beginnings

I am beginning to setup a seamless background setup (a la Zack Arias) in my basement. The white seamless has been hung from the ceiling. Now I have to purchase my sheets of tileboard and test my lighting setup. 1/10 @ f/2.8, ISO 718 Copyright ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks

Celebrating a Great Season

Celebrating a Great Season

Today we had what was supposed to be Stone’s last basketball game of the season.  We do have one makeup game that we missed during the snowy weather.  Since it was our last home game, we had our pizza party and trophy presentations following the game.  We had a blast this season watching the kids progress in their skills, but more importantly, having fun on the court. 1/30 @ f/5.6, ISO 400 ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks

The harder we are willing to work, the less monetary cost we will incur and the greater the reward will be. 1/30 @ f/5.6, ISO 400 ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks

Go Warriors

Go Warriors

This photo was made during T.J.’s last basketball game, against Haralson County. His expression shows such bench support for his team, yet eagerness to get in the game. 1/40 @ f/5.3, ISO 1600 Copyright ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks

This photo was taken using one of my first setups with my Elinchrom D-Lite4. Monolights are new to me, so this was really just some experimentation. Gracie at 4 Months

Gracie at 4 Months

Our little puppy is getting bigger. She’s been home with us for over three months now and seems to be getting a LOT bigger each day. It seems like yesterday that she was too scared to go down the steps on the deck and now she leaps off in stride as she heads for yard! 1/200 @ f/4.5, ISO 200 Copyright ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks

Hunter Boots

Hunter Boots

These boots have gotten their fair share of use lately, with all of the rain. I use them almost daily to take Gracie, our dog, out when the yard is wet. 1/125 @ f/8, ISO 400 Copyright ©2010 Todd Middlebrooks
