Mainsail Creative founders Todd Middlebrooks and Jonathan Junkins recently received Scala's Certified Technician designations for the InfoChannel 5 line of software.

The Certified Technician course is tailored exclusively for Scala Certified Partners and is a requirement for InfoChannel 5 certification. Scala defines Certified Partners as companies that provide services and solutions to deploy digital signage networks around the world using Scala software. The course provides the foundation Mainsail needs to support end users in their application of Scala software. Todd and Jonathan also learned how to monitor network status and troubleshoot problems, and how the Scala support and licensing systems operate.
